Chukkers for Charity has strong turnout, despite heat
Despite the sweltering temperatures on Saturday, hundreds of polo fans came out to Franklin in support of Chukkers for Charity. Lee Ann & Orrin Ingram once again opened their Riverview Farm for the charity polo match benefiting Rochelle Center and Saddle Up! According to the website, this year’s game was the highest rated polo game ever in the state of Tennessee. It was a special match featuring South Africa. Four high-level professional South African polo players competed against four of our best American Players. It was game on for Team Auto Week and Team Mt Brilliant. The day was full of activities outside of polo including; a tailgating contest, a car show, silent auction a petting zoo and a Stick Horse Race at half-time!
