Art at the Arcade~

I can’t believe I had never been to the Arcade in Nashville. Yes, I’m from Music City and I’ve heard of the Arcade for years, but had never stepped foot in it before now. I was among some thousand others who checked out the Gallery Crawl Saturday. The gallery doors were open at about a dozen spots inside the arcade and in the surrounding area. Among them- Davis Art Advisory & THE SHOWROOM, Studio 66, Twist Art Gallery, Tennessee Art League, Andrew John Gallery.

If you missed it, no worries. The Art Crawl is held the first Saturday of every month at the historic Arcade downtown and there is a free shuttle that rolls to surrounding galleries. I highly advise you check it out.

Among those pictured- Andy Ha chatting up guests at his gallery, artists Warren Pash with friends, WSMV anchor Demetria Kalodimas and Jackie Pillers with News 2’s Dirk Mooth & Karen Higbee, Richard Lawson & Missy Harris, burlesque cutie Lolly & Larry the Panty Boy Lehmann and Andy Ha with Micah Stover.
