Festivala Friday at Agave!

Two things crossed my mind at Agave’s new outdoor concert series, Festivala Friday, last week. 1- is Next Big Nashville still going on? and 2- didn’t I see all these people in the movie Nashville State of Mind? Ok so I know NBN is over, but the crowd in the Agave parking lot was full of the festivals performers. Space Capone, American Bang (pictured) and Ben Cashatt (pictured) were just a few of the artists I spotted.

Jim O’Shea (pictured) is the man behind bringing the bands outside in the Gulch. Kudos to him- Nashville needs more music outside! A stage featuring a fancy pants screen and outdoor bars added a fresh feel to my normal Friday, oh and the music was pretty darn good. Kyle Andrews & Nite Nite both caught my attention and held it. Honestly- I’ve been singing songs by both bands all week.

Festivala Friday will be every Friday up to Halloween in Agave’s parking lot. Check it out, there usually isn’t anything exciting happening on Friday’s anyway. This week you can see De Novo Dahl, Imagine asians and Kindercastle.
